The Jack Built Difference

In my decades of experience in house building, working with some of Perth’s best home builders, I’ve learned quite a bit about home buyers.

And one thing that stands out is, they don’t like nasty surprises – like finding out that items they thought would be included will cost extra.

That’s why Genesis Homes created the Jack Built Specification. The idea is to include more, so extras are minimized. You’re always welcome to upgrade to the Executive Specification, or if you are investor or your budget is tight, opt for the Investor Specification.
