Last Saturday evening at the 2015 HIA Polytec Perth Housing Awards Genesis Homes won the award for Excellence in Service (Medium Builder). “We really focus on delivering an enjoyable customer experience so it’s very satisfying to have our efforts recognised by our peers,” said business owner Jack Pleiter. “Thank you to our amazing team for their diligence and consistent performance, in particular our General Manager Michael Vas who is relentless in his efforts to keep our customers happy.

Genesis was also awarded Finalist in two other categories, Custom Built Home (up to $350k) and Small Lot Housing ($400-$650k).

Genesis Homes Master Builders in Baldivis won the major award for Best Customer Service in its category at the 2015 Master Builders Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards.

“After winning Best New Builder and four craftsmanship awards last year, then Best Customer Service and Best Contract Home $230,000-$280,000 for the second year running this year we are certainly setting the bar high for ourselves next year” said a delighted  Jack Pleiter, owner of the company.

“Winning this award for best customer service was particularly satisfying for us and one we really wanted. We work very hard to make sure we build the very best home we can for our customers, but also to make their journey as pleasurable as possible. The feedback we get from customers has always been very good but it is particularly nice to receive this recognition from our very competitive peers.”

The judges this year commended Genesis not only for its overall service excellence, but also its innovative use of online media in communicating with its customers.

“Because we are a fairly young team we are very comfortable with text, email, facebook, dropbox and the like so we work with our customers in whatever way suits them best” Jack said.
